Design Intensives are dedicated to the updates, refinements, and technical fixes that have been waiting for your attention. Delivered over a focused day—or half-day—we refine and amplify your online presence, with results you can see immediately.

The Design Intensive is about bringing expert momentum to a website that is almost there, but not quite. Whether you built the site yourself or have simply outgrown its current structure, I gather my years of design experience and technical knowledge to give your website a fresh start.

We focus on the most important items on your to-do list. I provide quick, expert decisions and handle all the hands-on execution to give your site a professional look and a better flow. It’s the fastest way to turn your current website into a space you’re proud to share again.

Based on a focused rhythm and a clear list of priorities, a Design Intensive can fundamentally shift the quality and performance of your website in a just a day.

While every session is tailored to your unique goals, here is the depth of work we can complete:

— New Pages & Features: Adding pages for a new service, building a blog, a portfolio, or an e-commerce shop. Integrating tools like booking systems, member areas, or online courses to support your business growth.

— Website Flow & Navigation: Reorganizing your content and menu to improve the user journey. By refining the flow and simplifying the navigation, we make it easy for visitors to move through your site and take action.

— Visual Refinement: Clearing away visual noise to create a more professional, minimal, and cohesive aesthetic. This moves your site away from a "DIY" feel toward a high-end digital presence that reflects the true quality of your craft.

— Brand Consistency: Integrating or updating your fonts, colors, logos and any other brand assets with technical precision. I’ll ensure your website feels entirely "on-brand," creating a cohesive and trustworthy experience for your audience.

— Custom Styling: Adding custom CSS and code tweaks to move beyond standard templates. This allows for unique layouts and design details that make your site feel like a custom, intentional creation.

Half-day

4hours ~ 600$

Perfect for focused refinements, style clean-ups, or refreshing 1–2 specific pages with care.

Ideal for targeted updates where the foundation is already strong, but the details need an expert eye.

Includes:

  • 30-min Strategy Call to prioritize items with the greatest impact and align on our goals.

  • 3.5 hours of focused design & development on your website.

  • A video walkthrough of all edits and updates made.

  • 1 week of post-session support for any questions as you settle in.

Before booking your Design Intensive, we’ll discuss your goals and review your list together. I will guide you toward the session—half-day or full-day—that best fits the scope of your project to ensure we make the most of our time.

The Design Day Process

01 —Connection & Booking

Start by booking a discovery call so we can discuss your goals and determine if an Intensive is the right path for you. If you decide to move forward, we’ll select your date, sign a digital contract, and settle a 50% deposit to secure our work together.

02— Strategy & Preparation

Once booked, you’ll gain access to your Project Portal. We’ll meet for a strategy call to review your website, walk through your to-do list, and prioritize the tasks that will have the most impact during our session.

03 — The Design Day

On our selected date, I work hands-on to implement your updates. You’ll stay available for quick feedback so we can move decisively. We wrap up the session with a final review call to walk through the progress made.

Note: For Full-Day sessions, I recommend spreading the 8 hours over two consecutive days (4 hours each) to allow space for reflection.

04 — Handover & Support

The following day, you’ll receive any final files and a personalized video walkthrough of the changes. You also have my full technical support for one week to ensure you feel confident and settled with your new updates.

  • The Design Intensive is a specialized offering for those who already have an established Squarespace website. It’s perfect for evolving and refining a digital home that is already built. If you are starting from scratch or need a brand-new site, my Website Creation service is the better path for you.

  • To ensure we move with momentum, all your assets—final copy, high-resolution imagery, and branding—must be organized in your Project Portal before our Design Intensive day. This preparation allows us to spend our time on thoughtful execution rather than gathering files.


    Based on your goals and services, we will determine if you need extra pages. If you do, there will be an additional cost per page, based on the complexity of the pages to add.

  • During our strategy call, we’ll prioritize your needs so we tackle the most impactful tasks first. If your goals evolve or the list requires more time than our session allows, we can easily book a follow-up intensive to ensure every detail is completed with care.

  • Our time is dedicated to visual and technical refinements within the Squarespace platform. This does not include full brand identity design, copywriting, or migrating a site from a different platform (like WordPress or Wix).

  • To reserve your date in my calendar, a 50% non-refundable deposit is settled at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due once our session together is complete.

  • I understand that schedules can shift. You are welcome to reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 14 days' notice. To keep the momentum of your project, the new date must be scheduled within one month of the original booking.
