The Design Day Process
01 — Intro Call and Booking
Book a 20-minute intro call directly on my calendar so we can connect, review your website to-do list, and determine whether a Half-Day or Full-Day intensive is the best fit. Once you decide to move forward, we’ll select your date, sign the agreement, and secure your slot with a 50% deposit.
02 — Strategy and Preparation
You’ll receive instant access to your Client Portal to guide your preparation. We’ll meet for a 30-minute strategy call to map out your task list into clear priorities (P1 & P2). Before our design day, you’ll submit all your assets final copy, imagery, account details…) so everything is ready for a seamless day.
03 — Design Day
On our dedicated day, I focus entirely on implementing your design and website updates. We’ll stay connected for quick check-ins and feedback as the work comes together, ensuring we make the absolute most of our time.
04 — Handover & Support
The morning after, you’ll receive your complete handover kit—including a video walkthrough showing you how to manage your updates, plus your site assets. You’ll also have 7 days of email support to answer any questions or fix any inconsistencies.

The Design Intensive Session is a specialized offering for those who already have an established Squarespace website. It’s perfect for evolving and refining a digital home that is already built. If you are starting from scratch or need a brand-new site, my Website Creation service is a better path for you.

To ensure we move with momentum, all your assets—final copy, high-resolution imagery, and branding—must be organized in your Project Portal before our Design Intensive Session. This preparation allows us to spend our time on thoughtful execution rather than gathering files.

During our strategy call, we’ll prioritize your needs so we tackle the most impactful tasks first. If your goals evolve or the list requires more time than our session allows, we can easily book a follow-up intensive session to ensure every detail is completed with care.

Our time is dedicated to visual and technical refinements within the Squarespace platform. This does not include full brand identity design, copywriting, or migrating a site from a different platform (like WordPress or Wix).

To reserve your date in my calendar, a 50% non-refundable deposit is settled at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due once our session together is complete.

I understand that schedules can shift. You are welcome to reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 14 days' notice. To keep the momentum of your project, the new date must be scheduled within one month of the original booking.
